Edgar Wright Filming Marvel’s ‘Ant-Man’ This Year?

Edgar Wright Filming Marvel's Ant-Man in 2012

However, Ant-Man - the film based on one of the founding members of The Avengers, and a project which has been in the guiding hands of Scott Pilgrim director Edgar Wright for years now – has been a noticeable absence in Marvel’s slate of confirmed films. But recent updates from Wright himself may point to Ant-Man coming down the pipeline sooner before later.

Idris Elba Confirms His ‘Thor 2′ Return

Idris Elba Thor 2 Heimdall

As Marvel Studios enters into its bold new post-Avengers era, there will be a lot of moving parts to keep track of. In the coming years we’ll be getting new rounds of superhero solo films (starting next summer with Iron Man 3), and there are still some unconfirmed  (but rumored) projects like Guardians of the Galaxy, which could introduce new heroes and villains into the mix – all leading up to another big showdown in Avengers 2.

Today we have a bit of casting news for Thor 2: Idris Elba, star of The Wire and upcoming projects like Guillermo del Toro’s Pacific Rim, will be back for his supporting role as Heimdall.

Despite a lot of controversy over casting a black actor in the role of what ...

However, I’d be curious to hear his thoughts off the record.

We know Favreau really wanted to direct The Avengers at some point, and somewhere it has to bother him that ...

DreamTime co-head and Brosnan’s frequent collaborator, Beau St. Clair, will produce the project, along with Das Films’ Sriram Das (who helped develop the script) and Dino Conte as executive producer.

Michael Finch (co-writer of Predators) and Karl Gajdusek (Trespass) worked together on the script for November Man, which is based primarily on the book “There Are No Spies” by the late Bill Granger. The film adaptation is going to be directed by Roger Donaldson, and is described as ...

‘True Blood’ Season 5 Trailer: Bloody Vampire War

If you’re a fan of HBO’s immensely popular supernatural soap opera True Blood, then you walk around everyday with phrases etched in your brain such as “Glamour”, “Fangbanger”, and “V”. Of course, if you were to use these words around non-fans of the show, then they would probably have absolutely no idea what you’re speaking about, and you would probably be looked at much the same way as a werewolf that set foot inside Fangtasia.

HBO has released the latest trailer for season 5 of  True Blood, and it looks bloody amazing.

At first glance of the trailer, you will notice that it appears this season will have a much darker tone to it, ...
