It must have been divine intervention by the movie gods – the Dirty Dancing remake has been ‘put in the corner’ until at least 2014.

Dirty Dancing remake delayed

This may disappoint some who wanted to have the time of their lives while watching Johnny and Baby dance dirty again, but most sensible movie fans must be breathing a sigh of relief.
