Edgar Wright’s ‘The World’s End’ Gets a Greenlight and New Teaser Poster
Edgar Wright will be moving further into the mainstream with his upcoming Ant-Man film for Marvel, but the director has had a loyal fanbase for years thanks to his hilarious partnerships with actors Simon Pegg and Nick Frost.
Wright’s beloved Three Flavours Cornetto Trilogy (aka the Blood and Ice Cream Trilogy) began with the zombie comedy Shaun of the Dead and the buddy cop action parody Hot Fuzz and was supposed to end with the apocalyptic sci-fi comedy The World’s End.
