The B.P.R.D. has been confirmed to appear in the upcoming Hellboy reboot. Guillermo del Toro, unfortunately, announced earlier this year that there was zero chance of him completing his planned Hellboy trilogy, starring Ron Perlman as the eponymous character. So, instead, Millennium Films has partnered with the original films’ producers Larry Gordon and Lloyd Levin to reboot the series, with Neil Marshall (The Descent) directing and David Harbour (Stranger Things) replacing Perlman as Brother Red.
The reboot will be based on a script co-written by Hellboy creator Mike Mignola and screenwriters Andrew Cosby and Christopher Golden. Aside from the main players involved, as well as the planned filming schedule, not much is known about the reboot. ...
