Blade Runner 2049 screenwriter Hampton Fancher has revealed his scrapped plans for the film’s original ending. The long-awaited sequel to Ridley Scott’s 1982 sci-fi film, Blade Runner (loosely based on Philip K. Dick’s novel, Do Androids Dream of Electric Sheep?), has finally released. And although the film has been warmly received by critics and audiences alike, it has been struggling at the box office.
