J.K. Simmons Open To Playing J. Jonah Jameson Again
J.K. Simmons, who earned fan adoration in Sam Raimi’s Spider-Mantrilogy, is open to reprising his beloved J. Jonah Jameson performance once again. The highly biased, cigar-chomping newspaper editor JJJ provided hefty laughs across those three films, with Simmons’ performance becoming the iconic iteration of the character. Simmons is so synonymous with Jameson that, all these years later, a recast version has still not appeared in live-action form.
