New Poster For Ready Player One Promises A Better Reality

Steven Spielberg’s Ready Player One debuts a new poster a day ahead of the first trailer release. Ernest Cline’s novel forms the basis for the sci-fi film, set in an resources-starved dystopia and suffused with ’80s nostalgia. Spielberg both presses on into the future while looking back at the era of pop culture to which he himself made enormous contributions. Zak Penn co-wrote the script with Cline.
