Kathy Bates’ Netflix Series Disjointed Canceled After One Season
Kathy Bates’ Netflix show Disjointed has been canceled after just one season. The series from Two and a Half Men producer Chuck Lorre received overall poor reviews, as reflected by its 23 percent Rotten Tomatoes score. The show did somewhat better with audiences however, scoring 80 percent on the review aggregator.
Debuting in summer of 2017, Disjointed starred Oscar-winner Bates as a long-time marijuana advocate taking advantage of legalization by opening her own dispensary. Bates made her endeavors a family affair, hiring her son (Aaron Moten) to also work at the shop.
