Kick-Ass creator Mark Millar is hoping to get in on the comic book/superhero reboot action, via a TV show based on the latest iteration of his DIY costumed hero.

Late last year, Millar announced a new direction for Kick-Ass: a rebooted comic book series starring a black female hero. The latest vigilante to pick up the Kick-Ass mantle, Patience Lee, is a military veteran hailing from New Mexico. When she isn’t fighting crime and saving the day, she’s caring for her two young children. Millar also announced a new Hit-Girl series, co-penned by director and uber comic book nerd, Kevin Smith. ...
