Arthur Morgan Gets Socially Distant In Red Dead Prevention Design

0

Arthur Morgan, main protagonist of Red Dead Redemption 2, has become the unwitting mascot of quarantined gamers in a recent fan design. Certain external worldwide events have driven people to stay inside and enjoy their video games more than ever before, and Red Dead Redemption 2 developer Rockstar Games has not only stated that they will be donating a portion of their online profits to help support healthcare workers but they have also promised that online services for games like Grand Theft Auto Online and Red Dead Online will not be interrupted despite the company's shift to a work-from-home model.

Rockstar isn't the only video game company who has stepped up to help give players something to do with their newfound time off during the current pandemic, as Sony recently put nearly 200 PlayStation 4 games on sale for under $20 and Bethesda Softworks, publishers of games like Fallout 76 and The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim, has donated $1 million to help relief efforts. Now, thanks to some creative fans, these helpful video game companies have a new unofficial mascot.

As recently reported by VG247, a Red Dead Redemption 2 fan who goes by the user name u/originalaliahmed created (or shared, it isn't quite clear) the original image of Arthur Morgan wearing a preventative mask and holding a bottle of what is presumably some sort of cleaning solution on Reddit nearly a month ago, and since then the design has appeared on everything from "hoodies, iPad cases, and even tapestries" to, of course, t-shirts. Check out one Red Dead Redemption 2 fan's new acquisition below:

The above Reddit user (u/Fit-Wafer) shared a link to the website where he purchased the shirt, and if interested fans of Red Dead Redemption 2 were to follow it they could find all sorts of other Red Dead Prevention paraphernalia as well, including normal heavyweight long-sleeve shirts and coffee mugs. The shirt worn in the photo above looks to have costed the user roughly $22.95 before shipping and is made of 100% cotton.

Arthur Morgan, even with (or perhaps helped along by) his gruff nature, is a perfect mascot for forcing people to stay safe and indoors, and the title choice of Red Dead Prevention is not only accurate in a satirical sense but also holds a deeper meaning for anyone who has played through and completed Red Dead Redemption 2's story mode. Having seen the design on so many different pieces of clothing and different types of accessories on various websites, however, players and fans of Red Dead Redemption 2 can only hope that the artist is being properly compensated with percentages of the sales.

90 Day Fiance: Joe Giudice’s Appeal in Deportation Case Was Denied

0

Real Housewives of New Jersey viewers have been following Joe Giudice's legal troubles for years. After he completed a 41-month stint in prison for wire fraud and bankruptcy fraud, he entered an ICE detention center. In response to the tough conditions in ICE, Joe's lawyer asked for him to be freed and sent to Italy while he waited for the result of his appeal.

In November 2019, Joe made it to Italy. Soon after, his estranged wife, RHONJ OG Teresa Giudice, traveled to Italy with the former couple's four daughters, Gia, Gabriella, Milania and Audriana. The reunion was heavily documented on Instagram and filmed for the Real Housewives of New Jersey season 10 finale episode. Although Teresa and Joe are no longer a couple, she and her daughters have been hoping that he can return to the United States in the near future.

Page Six broke the news that Joe's appeal in his deportation case had been denied. The publication obtained court documents from the United States Court of Appeals. James J. Leonard Jr., the Giudice family lawyer who has appeared on RHONJ many times, spoke to Page Six about the court's decision. He said, "We have always maintained that Joe Giudice belongs in the United States with his family, not in Italy."

James declared, "The immigration laws in our country are both draconian and antiquated and need to be revisited by forward-thinking members of Congress.” Joe committed what is referred to as "an aggravated felony." An aggravated felony provides enough grounds to validate a deportation sentence. According to court documents, an aggravated felony is "an offense that … involves fraud or deceit in which the loss to the victim or victims exceeds $10,000." Joe hoped that this term wouldn't be applicable since his loans were eventually forgiven, meaning that there was, ultimately, no loss. Unfortunately for Joe, that line of thinking did nothing to persuade the judge. Joe's lawyer said that they are discussing different options about how to handle the situation from this point forward.

Normally, all of this would be captured for Real Housewives of New Jersey, which was supposed to be filming right now. However, just like many reality TV shows, production has been on hold. As of this moment, Teresa and her daughters haven't commented on the ruling. As the RHONJ fans know, all the girls are so close with their father and this news just has to be devastating to them all. At this point, it doesn't seem likely that Joe will ever be able to return to the United States, unless his lawyer manages to pull off some sort of miracle.

Too Hot to Handle: David Says His Perspective on Sex & Emotional Connection Has Changed

0

David Birtwistle says his perspective on sex and emotional connection has changed after his time on Too Hot to Handle. After completing the grueling sessions, David came out with a better understanding of himself.

The foundation of the new hit dating show, Too Hot To Handle, was to unleash 10 beautiful singles free to be themselves in a fancy villa, supply them with alcohol and forbid them from having sex. This show is the best gift Netflix could have given viewers in these lonely quarantine times. Thanks to the victory of the dating show, David has skyrocketed to the top of the fan’s list of must-watch stars. He was sensitive and caring while on the show and an educated man. Little did fans know he walked on to show as a well-rounded individual with already many accomplishments under his belt.

Viewers learned he ran his own coaching business and had multiple certifications. Screen Rant chatted with the newest reality star about how he has grown from the show and if any of his old habits may have changed.

David said of his time at the retreat,

“It was an experience to us that was different than anything else and I was so proud of being a part of it. For me I committed to the journey.”

When asked what the moment with Rhonda during one of the workshops felt like, he replied,

“The workshop with Rhonda, her and I had this really beautiful, connection, had a very good friendship, we are still in touch, and in that moment looking at Rhonda, staring at her for like five minutes, no talking, nothing, I just stopped seeing her as a person but started to see her as a complete soul."

With all the workshops Lana had the contestants participate in, it seemed easy to learn more about themselves, Screen Rant wondered if David felt more connected with himself and his own emotions,

“It is a sad thing that guys do not feel like they can cry because that is not a manly thing to do but I don’t really care about that. We all have a complexity of human emotions, guys included.”

The experience of the in-depth workshops made sure to have a lasting impact on David and the other contestants. By having them look deeply at their faults and insecurities it allowed them to all be able to see and accept their true selves and no longer identify as what society had marked them as.
